**Job description**
- The RMO should be efficient and well versed in handling ICU -Patients as per standard quality parameters.
- The RMO should be efficient in handling Intubations, Catheterizations, Dialysis Catheterization, and Mechanical Ventilators etc as per the instruction of treating consultant.
- Complete daily rounds for each patient. (twice in a shift)
- Collect reports of patient investigation.
- Inform consultant regarding reports and patient status.
- Write daily doctor order properly in proper format.
- Filling up new admission history/ examination finding and treatment advise in software on same day.
- Pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anesthesia should be checked and completed.
- Preparing patient for discharge.
- Filling discharge summary.
- Explaining & counselling of patient regarding discharge medicines.
