They work closely with teachers, administrators, and students to ensure effective implementation of educational goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and review curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Research and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and resources to enhance curriculum effectiveness.
- Regularly assess curriculum content and make recommendations for updates and improvements.
- **Instructional Support**:

- Provide guidance and support to teachers in instructional planning, lesson development, and implementation of teaching strategies.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for faculty to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge.
- Observe classroom instruction and provide constructive feedback to teachers to improve instructional practices.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessment tools to measure student learning outcomes and academic progress.
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in curriculum and instruction.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for addressing student learning needs and promoting academic growth.
- **Student Support**:

- Monitor student academic performance and provide interventions as needed to support struggling students.
- Collaborate with counselors and support staff to develop and implement academic support programs for at-risk students.
- Coordinate academic enrichment activities and programs to promote student engagement and achievement.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding academic programs, student progress, and educational initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate parent workshops and informational sessions on academic topics and resources.
- Foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance academic opportunities for students.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to academics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to curriculum, assessments, and academic programs.
- Collaborate with school leadership team to develop and manage academic budgets and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching experience in K-12 education; administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational assessment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents, and community members.
- Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis tools.
