- Attend to medical emergencies, perform initial stabilization, and escalate critical cases.
- Assist consultants during procedures, assessments, and diagnostics when required.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for smooth and continuous patient care.
- Ensure availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies in the ward.
- Communicate with patient families to provide updates and counsel on treatment plans.
- Maintain patient safety, hygiene protocols, and infection control practices.
- Participate in internal audits, case reviews, and training programs.
