**Key Responsibilities:Facility & Office Management**
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities including electricity, air-conditioning, security, and overall upkeep.
- Coordinate periodic building maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
**Vendor Management**
- Identify, evaluate, and manage service providers for housekeeping, catering, security, courier, etc.
- Maintain vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor performance for compliance and quality.
**Housekeeping & Hygiene**
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises.
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning materials and other consumables.
**Travel & Logistics**
- Handle travel arrangements including flight/train bookings, hotel accommodations, and local conveyance for employees and visitors.
- Maintain travel records and process travel expense reimbursements.
**Asset & Inventory Management**
- Maintain records of company assets including laptops, furniture, and equipment.
- Conduct periodic audits and coordinate for repairs/replacements as necessary.
**Administrative Support**
- Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, and visitor arrangements.
- Support internal teams with documentation, courier dispatches, and general admin tasks.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Good negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
