- Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation across all streams (PUC/Board and competitive exam prep).
- Maintain high academic standards, regularly track student progress, and implement improvement plans.
- **Faculty Development & Mentorship**:

- Recruit, train, mentor, and appraise teaching staff.
- Conduct regular professional development and instructional coaching sessions.
- **Administrative & Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure compliance with Karnataka PUC Board regulations, rules, and reporting requirements.
- Manage discipline, attendance, examinations, timetables, and student safety.
- Supervise infrastructure—labs, libraries, hostels (if applicable), and extracurricular facilities.
- **Student Well-Being & Discipline**:

- Promote a supportive environment for student welfare, counselling, and guidance.
- Ensure hostel rules and student conduct meet institutional standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Communicate with parents, board authorities, and the institution’s management.
- Lead events: PTA meetings, seminars, parent-teacher conferences, career guidance workshops.
- **Strategic Vision & Development**:

- Formulate goals to improve Board and competitive exam results.
- Introduce new teaching methodologies, extracurricular programs, and learning innovations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
