**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Perform routine data cleanup and ensure records are up to date.
- Retrieve and organize data from various sources as requested.
- Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy protocols.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in data entry or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word) and/or data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 40-60 words per minute).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
