**Short Job Role: Execute the production schedules of the Bakery Section. Ensuring that Food safety regulations are met and Deliver Quality Breads and Buns as per the Standard by Managing People and Machinery.**

**Day To Day Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for closely supervising and managing all shop floor activities, daily production targets with assured quality, highest productivity, and best yield.

2. Allocate workers to specific area of work and functions based on abilities. New workers need to be trained properly.

3. Inspection of machinery, utilizes, SS tables, crates and trays which was ready for the production.

4. Supervise performance for all three shifts to maximize output / minimize waste.

5. Planning daily material management with stores and maintenance to minimize breakdowns and regular maintenance dept.

6. Ensure adherence to plant hygiene and discipline matters.

8. Preparation of raw material requisition slip & issue to stores.

9. Participation (as applicable) in maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards as per the company's approved Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).

10.Carrying out relevant applicable activities as per the documented FSMS.

**Experience - 3 to 5 years of Experience in Bakery Manufacturing**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
