**Job Title**: Motion Graphics & 2D Animation Designer

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **2D animations** including characters, objects, and text-based elements.
- Design **motion graphics** for intros, transitions, infographics, kinetic typography, and brand storytelling.
- Create **storyboards and concepts** to visualize project flow and creative direction.
- Transform scripts into **visually compelling video content** that engages audiences.
- Ensure **color, typography, and design elements** align with branding and aesthetic standards.
- Design supporting assets such as **logos, thumbnails, intros, and outros**.
- Adapt videos for **multiple platforms and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)**.
- Manage **audio editing, color grading, and export settings** for optimal performance across YouTube, Instagram, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain **branding consistency** across all content.

**Creative & Design Skills**
- 2D Animation (characters, objects, text)
- Motion Graphics Design (intros, transitions, infographics, kinetic typography)
- Storyboarding & Concept Development
- Visual Storytelling & Script-to-Video Translation
- Strong sense of **color theory, typography, and aesthetics**

**Software & Technical Skills**
- Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animation, VFX)
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (video editing)
- Adobe Animate (2D character animation)
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (designing assets, thumbnails, branding elements)
- DaVinci Resolve (color grading, advanced editing - optional)
- Canva / Figma (quick layouts, social media graphics - optional)
- Audio Editing (Adobe Audition, Audacity, or equivalent)

**Content Creation Skills**
- Experience in multiple content styles: vlogs, promotional ads, reels, explainer videos
- Thumbnail design for **YouTube & social media**:

- Branding consistency through **logos, lower-thirds, intros/outros**:

- Knowledge of compression & export settings for **various platforms**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation and motion design work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,408.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
