Require **Junior Architect**with ample Experience with Flair for Design and Capable of sound Contribution towards **Hospitality, Institutional, Corporate office Designing Projects**.

Software skills **:CAD/ SKETCH UP/ MS Office/ Lumion Rendering/ V Ray Rendering/ IN DESIGN (Good knowledge of cad & Sketch Up is a must)**

**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
**Architect**will be responsible for
- Transforming client requirements and desires through design output
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD), Sketch Up and hand-sketching skills
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
- Up to date knowledge about new design ideas and materials
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, eye for design and passionate individual

**Architect**will have an opportunity to be an Associate, if performed well.

Languages Known : English/ Hindi/ Marathi

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 3 years (preferred)
