**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's products or services.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with the latest information.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
