**MDS Doctor (Fresher)**

Urgent opening for MDS doctor for Pune location.

Salary
- No bar for right experience

Take consultations of patients for hair transplant and other hair treatments which the company may introduce in collaboration with the sales team.
- Examine patients and make diagnoses to determine the best surgical process.
- Explaining the patient, the entire flow of events right from extraction to slitting to hair implantatio
- Perform surgeries & surgical procedures for best results while adhering to regulatory and ethical protocols & SOP.
- Physical presence & involvement during surgery, from start to finish, are a must. If a surgery gets extended beyond working hours, you will have to wait till the surgery is over.
- Should have extensive experience in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction).
- Should be capable of extracting & implanting 4500 grafts a day. - Good knowledge of handling medical equipment’s.
- Sound knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Excellent theoretical & practical knowledge.
- Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.
- Ability to handle different types of patients.
- Should have knowledge of Anaesthesia & handling patients during any emergency.
- Prescribe preoperative and postoperative treatments, procedures & medicines.
- Ensure sterility in the operating room, and all equipment and instruments.
- Direct, coordinate & delegate tasks /activities to medical team for proper execution & patient care.
- Extend help in training new doctors across locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to work under stressed conditions.
- Complete post-surgery reports as per Company guidelines.
- Execute the reporting process as per Company SOP/protocol.

Note: If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly; and you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
