.To coordinate activities related to Quality certifications and Accreditations, NABH.

2.To Interpret and implement Quality assurance standards in hospital to ensure Quality care to patients.

3. To review Quality assurance standards; study existing hospital policies and procedures, and interview hospital personnel and patients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.

4. To coordinate and implement Continuous Quality Improvement programmes.

5. To coordinate Internal Audit, Survey, Data collection in line with CQI programme

6.To analyse the data collected and to prepare reports indicating trends, performance measures and quality indicators.

7.To analyse the results of Internal Audit, surveys and quality indicators and follow up for the implementation of recommendations on deficiencies.

8.To carryout Quality check rounds on daily basis according to CQI programme and to submit report on the same to PQO

9.To compile statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.

10.To coordinate, monitor the data collection and entry of the same into organization Dashboard

11.To collect the data regarding continual improvement activities from all the department (like HOD meeting minutes, Action taken on significant complaints, Equipment breakdown and Sentinel Events) and to update in the Dashboard

12.To update the changes of Quality Management System and Technical Management System in relevant documents.

**1* **Educational Qualification: *Masters in Hospital Mgmt.or MBA.

**2.2** **Experience Required: 3** to 5 years of experience in handling NABH accreditation

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
