**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design packaging layouts, including labels, boxes, and branding elements.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- **Creative Concepts**:

- Develop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product appeal and customer experience.
- **Quality Control (Design)**:

- Review and proof packaging designs to ensure accuracy and consistency before production.
- **Material Specifications**:

- Select appropriate materials and finishes for packaging based on product requirements and cost efficiency.
- **Pre-Press Check**:

- Prepare designs for print production and ensure all elements are optimized for manufacturing.
- **Quality Control (Packaging)**:

- Oversee the quality control process for packaging materials, ensuring compliance with design and production standards.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify and resolve design or production issues related to packaging quality.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with packaging vendors to ensure production quality meets specifications.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of design specifications, QC reports, and packaging samples.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Experience in graphic design and quality control for packaging, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel).
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with print production processes.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Packaging Design's: 3 years (required)
- Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (required)
