**Key Responsibilities**:
Design, develop, and execute **ETL test plans, test cases, and test scripts** based on business requirements.

Validate **data extraction, transformation, and loading processes** from source to target systems.

Perform **data reconciliation, data profiling**, and ensure data quality.

Collaborate with ETL developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and define test strategies.

Identify, log, and track **defects and inconsistencies** using defect management tools.

Work with large datasets across **SQL Server, Oracle, or other RDBMS platforms**.

Automate repetitive test cases using **ETL testing tools or scripting languages**.

Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting of testing status and metrics.

**Required Skills**:
Solid understanding of **ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling**.

Hands-on experience with **ETL tools** like **Informatica, Talend, DataStage**, or similar.

Strong knowledge of **SQL and database testing**.

Experience with **BI/reporting tools** like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum methodologies**.

Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certification in ETL/BI tools or data testing (optional but preferred).
