**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data in the Document Management System (DMS).
- Input and manage data in Excel sheets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform routine data checks and make necessary corrections or updates.
- Assist in generating reports as needed using Excel and DMS tools.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline data entry processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
