Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Margao Goa - work from Office
Timings: Rotational Shifts(Morning/Afternoon/Night)

**Salary**: Upto 30k/Month
Experience:1-3years

**Terms**:

- 10am - 7pm
- 6 Days a Week
- Full Time
- Accommodation provided for Non-Goan

**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the Services.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as Business Development Executive or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi, Additional Local Languages would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; Graduation will be a plus
- 1-3 years of Experience in BDE/Customer Service/Sales
- Languages: English, Hindi \ Bengali \ Telugu
- Bengali(preferred)
- Telugu(preferred)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Margão, Goa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
