**Position: Direct Marketing Expert**
We’re seeking an experienced **Direct Marketing Professional** to join our team and drive our outreach efforts beyond traditional paid campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly engage with potential clients to build relationships and promote Baron Learning's offerings.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Manage end-to-end client outreach campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities for market expansion.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-4 years in direct marketing, preferably in the financial education or trading domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Willingness to work **from our Indore office**.

**What We Offer**:

- **Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
