**Role Overview**:
As a Creative Recruiter, you’ll handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers to build high-performing creative teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and non-IT roles (Marketing, Content, Design, etc.)
- Understand role requirements by collaborating with hiring managers
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
- Schedule interviews and collect feedback from interviewers
- Keep accurate and updated records using HRMS/ATS systems

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or a related field)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment
- Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- A passion for the creative space and understanding of key industry roles
