**Position: Jewellery Designer**

**Location**: Goregaon, Mumbai

**Job Summary**: As a Jewellery Designer at Nandini West Company, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing jewellery collections that align with our brand's aesthetic and market demands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of designs from concept to production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Develop innovative and trend-setting jewellery designs that reflect Nandini West Company's brand identity and appeal to our target audience.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of current trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Translate design concepts into sketches, detailed technical drawings, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., CAD).
- **Material and Component Selection**:

- Source and select appropriate materials, gemstones, and components for each jewellery piece, ensuring high quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials that meet design specifications and production timelines.
- **Prototyping and Sample Development**:

- Create prototypes and samples to test designs for aesthetic appeal, wearability, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and focus groups, ensuring designs meet brand standards and customer expectations.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Work closely with production teams to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring designs are accurately translated from prototypes to final products.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain consistency and uphold product standards throughout the production cycle.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to align design initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
- Effectively communicate design concepts, requirements, and timelines to internal teams and external partners.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all designs reflect Nandini West Company's commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and innovation.
- Participate in presentations, trade shows, and industry events to showcase new collections and build brand awareness.
