**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons for Grades 11 & 12 as per the IBDP framework.
- Develop lesson plans, unit planners, lab activities, and internal assessments in alignment with IB requirements.
- Guide students on their **Internal Assessments (IA)** and **Extended Essay (EE)** in Physics.
- Promote inquiry-based learning and integrate TOK (Theory of Knowledge) connections into classroom teaching.
- Track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to interdisciplinary learning.
- Engage in school activities, workshops, and continuous professional development.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Postgraduate in Physics with B.Ed (preferred)
- Minimum **3-5 years** of teaching experience in senior secondary grades
- Prior experience with the IBDP curriculum is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IBDP assessment criteria, academic honesty policy, and ATL skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and capable of using digital tools for instruction and assessment

**Salary**: 85000/- to 100000/- per month
