**The Role**

As an Intern at Kyndryl, you’ll be working with the Finance leadership & team at Kyndryl Finance in supporting the Business leaders who are engaged in solving complex problems and identifying potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.

You will be performing Financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance to enable timely management decision-making. You will also be engaged in managing account P&L i.e. Forecasting of Revenue, Cost & GP, suggesting GP Margin improvement plans, and variance analysis of the movement of cost and revenue thereby enhancing your analytical skills.

Further, your expertise will be helpful in deeply analyzing the Ledger and Balance Sheets aimed towards improving the financials. Also, you will be engaged in assisting Statutory & Internal Audits working with Auditors on Data mining and analysis to bring out the best in you on the Audit aspect which is related to business and Statutory controls.

You’ll also get the chance to share your expertise by recommending modernization options, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with other teams and stakeholders. **Required Technical and Professional Experience**
- Basic experience running account P&L.
- Competent experience in Ledger and balance sheet analysis.
- Competent experience in Financial Analysis.
- Internship duration will be minimum 6 months to 1 year.
- Competent experience in Data presentation and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Master’s degree in Finance and Commerce (M.Com, MBA, CA Final - 2024 pass-outs).
