We are seeking a skilled videographer to join our team, focusing on capturing and producing compelling video content that tells the stories of various brands. Your work will be pivotal in enhancing the online presence and outreach of these organizations, helping them connect with their audience and supporters.

**What You'll Do**
- Visit locations to record high-quality video content, including interviews, events, and day-to-day activities.
- Edit video footage to create engaging reels, Instagram posts, and other social media content.
- Collaborate with our social media and design teams to ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Assist in developing storyboards and planning shoots that effectively capture the NGO's mission and work.
- Conduct on-camera interviews with staff and beneficiaries, requiring confidence and comfort in both filming and interaction.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring all shoots are well-prepared and executed smoothly.

**What You'll Bring**
- 1+ years of experience in videography and photography, particularly in social media content creation.
- Studying or completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Communications/Media studies/Journalism or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) and knowledge of current trends in social media video content.
- Experience in conducting on-camera interviews and capturing footage in various settings.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- A proactive, creative, and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to different environments and challenges.
- Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
- Experience with graphic design, or other multimedia skills is a plus.
