**Video Editor / DesignerAbout the Role**

We're seeking a creative and versatile Video Editor/Designer to join our dynamic startup team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can wear multiple hats—from editing compelling videos to designing Posters and carousels on-brand visual content that tells our story.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaign Posters and carousels, Content Research.
- Design graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain consistent brand themes across all visual content
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
- Work independently with mínimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, design, and AI tools to keep our content fresh and innovative
- Optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

**Required Skills & Tools**
- **Advanced proficiency in**:

- Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animations, visual effects)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, color grading, audio mixing)
- Adobe Photoshop (graphic design, photo manipulation, asset creation)
- **Strong understanding of**:

- Branding principles and brand identity systems
- Visual storytelling and narrative flow
- Color theory, typography, and composition
- **Experience with AI tools**
- **Startup mindset**: Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Self-motivated with strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across video editing and design work
- Understanding of brand consistency and ability to create cohesive visual identities
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively
- Eager to experiment with new tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills to present ideas and take feedback constructively

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in video editing and design (startup or agency experience is a plus)
- Portfolio showcasing your best video and design work
