Counter Salesman/woman(Clothing)

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, prices, promotions, and store policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales value.
- Manage cash register operations, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist in inventory management: stock replenishment, tagging, folding, and visual merchandising.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
