Job Purpose: ICG CADD BSU is seeking to hire a for the position of KYC Case Manager. The purpose of this role is to help in the preparation of the Customer Acquisition Due Diligence (CADD) files. In addition, the person is responsible to work with the Relationship Managers, KYC Documentation Group (KDG), clients and other stakeholders to obtain the required information and complete the CADD. Job Background: - The position is based out of Pune - Very good at co-ordination and organization of each work and activity - Should be self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership and accountability - Has expericence in working in a matrix environment - Should be multi-tasking and ablility to deliver under pressure Key Responsibilities: The role will include, but not limited to the following Responsible for the execution/completion of CADD Records assigned Responsible for tracking the CADD records Q on daily basis Responsible for liaising with all stakeholders and pushing the records within BSU till end to ensure business requirements are met Responsible to ensure that every mails received is responded on a timely manner before EOD Acts as expediter for chasing up 1st level escalations within the BSU organization Ensure that relationship/coverage team gets the expected service within the agreed timelines and facilitate calls where deemed necessary Update internal workflow systems to ensure current progress is tracked by management Monitor personal queue daily and ensure that various CADD activities are getting competed in-time and as expected Ensure First Time Right and quality as defined by team management Proactively identify and resolve any other execution risks and issues, escalating Issues to RM Supervisor, Compliance, Operations Head etc. to ensure CADDs progress Ensure a thorough understanding of policies and procedures. This would also involve keeping abreast of all changes Review/implement feedback from Checker and IPR to ensure continuous improvements Provide support and cover to other CMS as required **Personal**: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - A self-starter who can deliver well as part of a team - Ability to work under pressure during tight dead lines - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills **Qualifications**: Graduate in any stream. **Competencies** Up to 3 years in Banking / KYC related operations (must have).
