**Job Title: French Language Interpreter (Voice Process)**

NOTE:

- Applicants residing outside of Mumbai are welcome to apply. The company will provide accommodation for the first week.

Grace Staffing Services is seeking a proficient French Language Interpreter for our voice process in the travel sector. This position is based in our Thane, Mumbai office and requires on-site presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and efficient interpretation services in French and English for our clients.
- Handle travel-related inquiries and communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service level agreements and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
**Language Proficiency**:

- **French**: B2 - C2 level
- **English**: C3 - C2 level

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC with at least 6 months of relevant experience, or
- Fresh graduates with a strong command of French and English

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in interpretation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Interview Process**:

- HR Interview
- AMCAT Assessment
- Written Test
- Operations Round

**Work Schedule**:

- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 2 rotational weekly offs

**Transport Boundaries**:

- Strict adherence to IBU transport boundaries within Mumbai

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
