High School Tutor - Malayalam & English Medium (Classes 7-10)

**Job Summary**:
AID Education is hiring experienced and enthusiastic **High School Tutors** to deliver recorded lessons for **Classes 7, 8, and 9**, in both **Malayalam and English mediums**. This is a **studio-based role** where tutors will record academic sessions aligned with the Kerala State Syllabus. The role is **hourly paid** and **contract-based**, ideal for educators confident in delivering lessons on-camera.

**Subjects Required (Both Mediums)**:

- Mathematics
- Science
- Social Science
- Malayalam
- English

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and record academic lessons based on Kerala SCERT syllabus
- Prepare lessons and visuals in coordination with the content team
- Use clear explanations suitable for high school-level students
- Ensure both syllabus accuracy and student engagement

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)
- Prior teaching experience in Malayalam or English medium (Kerala syllabus)
- Strong communication skills in **Malayalam and/or English**:

- Confident and clear in front of the camera

**Salary**:

- **Hourly Pay**: ₹300 - ₹400

Pay: ₹9,706.40 - ₹20,100.00 per month
