**Qualification**: UG/PG & Other Qualification too
We are looking for aspirants who intend to build their career in the field of Receptionist.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Ø Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Ø Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ø Answer and forward incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in
Ø Ensure office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, visitor logbooks and brochures)
Ø Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue and collect visitor badges)
Ø Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Ø Update calendars and schedule meetings
Ø Co-ordinate meetings acrossdepartments and keeping the meeting rooms ready whenever required.
Ø Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, sending out posts, etc.
**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Handling word and excel
