**Job Title: Counter Sales Representative**

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with assistance as needed.

2. Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and features.

3. Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences.

4. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

5. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

6. Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.

7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

8. Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and restocking shelves as needed.

9. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and special offers to effectively communicate them to customers.

10. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

11. Uphold company policies regarding customer service, safety, and security.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Basic math skills for processing transactions.

7. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

9. Knowledge of products and services offered by the company is a plus.

10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
