IT Project Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation of IT projects related to WordPress, Shopify, and Laravel PHP.
- Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, define project scope, and establish milestones to meet client or internal project goals.
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, making necessary adjustments to timelines, resources, and priorities as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between technical teams (developers, designers, QA), and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Assist in the development of project documentation including requirements, specifications, and technical reports.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Manage projects related to the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress sites (themes, plugins, and content management).
- Oversee e-commerce platform development, integration, and management on Shopify, including customizing themes and workflows.
- Assist with Laravel-based PHP projects, ensuring development tasks are executed as planned, and provide technical guidance when necessary.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support as needed throughout project execution.
- **Resource Management**:

- Allocate resources efficiently and ensure teams have the tools and support needed to meet deadlines.
- Manage project risks and resolve issues quickly, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Track and report on project performance, timelines, and budgets.
- **Quality Assurance and Testing**:

- Ensure the final product meets quality standards through rigorous testing and review.
- Coordinate with testing teams to perform necessary tests and fix bugs before project completion.
- Ensure that all documentation and user manuals are accurate and up to date.
- **Client and Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Conduct regular project meetings and updates with clients, providing them with progress reports and managing client expectations.
- Gather client feedback, ensure issues are addressed, and adjust the project plan as needed to meet business requirements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong experience with WordPress (theme development, plugin customization, site migration, etc.), Shopify (e-commerce setup, theme customization, app integration), and Laravel PHP projects.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in WordPress development and design, including custom themes and plugins.
- Solid understanding of Shopify’s e-commerce platform, theme editing, and app integrations.
- Experience with PHP programming, specifically Laravel framework for back-end development.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and back-end architecture.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web hosting and server management (e.g., cPanel, AWS, Nginx, Apache).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

Pay: ₹9,881.46 - ₹47,182.40 per month
