**Role Requirements**:

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for solutions built using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Define, develop, and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Drive test automation and process improvements using tools compatible with Power Platform.
- Ensure that all testing is carried out in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate and manage testing resources across different phases of the SDLC.
- Provide clear and concise test status reporting and defect tracking using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 2+ years in Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong understanding of Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate Flows.
- Experience with manual and automated testing, especially in the context of Power Platform.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Test Plans, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Good understanding of API testing, data validation, and performance testing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Power BI, AI Builder, or RPA in Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience with security and compliance testing in cloud-based platforms.
