Responsible for Maintenance of Books of accounts in line with Accepted Accounting Practices ? Routine accounting work ? Assist to auditors during audits. ? MIS and other reports preparation and Data analysis ? Regular Coordination with plant’s/office team for various accounting. ? Coordinate with insurance company for all India employee’s medical claims ? Vendor and Receivable Management and Reconciliation thereof - Responsible for Key Raw Materials’ vendor payments on daily basis with help of Purchase team - Responsible for Key RM Vendor account’s clearing and Reconciliation on regular basis - Responsible for centralized weekly payment initiation from bank - Responsible for Transporter invoice booking and timely payments. - Customer collection entries, clearing & Ageing control. - Other Vendor Payments, Clearing & Ageing control. ? Compliances for TDS/TCS payment/return filing and necessary reconciliation with books & 26 AS ? Oversee monthly GST Returns filing and assist to location team. ?
