Tool Room Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands on experience of operations, erections, commissioning, fabrication, and other machinery within the plant, including M1tr, Lathe, Drilling Machine, Tapping Machine, Bending Machine, Rolling Machine, Plasma plus gas cutting machine, hand held plasma cutter and Welding machine(Co2, and other).
- Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- Perform and oversee tasks to ensure high-quality production.
- Interpret and utilize technical drawings and blueprints for machine setup and operation.
- Monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Provide support and backup for fabrication tasks, including welding and erection works.
- Lead, train, and mentor machine operators and other staff members.
- **Tool Design**: Collaborates on designing and developing tools.
- **Maintenance**: Manages the upkeep and calibration of tools and machinery.
- **Inventory**: Tracks and orders tools and spare parts.
- **Safety**: Ensures tools and machinery meet safety standards.
- **Training**: Trains and supervises tool room staff.
- **Troubleshooting**: Addresses and resolves tool-related issues.
- **Budgeting**: Manages tool room expenses and optimizes costs.
