Despatch Supervisor

**Job description**

The Dispatch Supervisor oversees the efficient and timely dispatch of PVC pipes, hoses, and conduit pipes from the manufacturing facility to dealers/customers. Key responsibilities include managing dispatch teams, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Duties**:

- Supervise dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate order picking.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.

Handle dispatch-related issues and resolve customer concerns

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience in logistics or dispatch within the manufacturing or construction sector, particularly with PVC products.

2. A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
