**Job Title**: Team Leader - Real Estate Sales
**Location**: Noida Sector 142

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.
- Train and guide team members on sales techniques, market trends, and client handling.
- Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Assist in closing high-value real estate deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical selling practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- **Education**: Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- **Other**: Ability to handle pressure, drive sales, and work in a target-driven environment.
