**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Leverage your sales skills and persuasive communication to build and nurture client relationships.
- Enjoy the freedom of managing your own schedule and workload while achieving sales targets.
- Stay informed about the products and industry trends to provide clients with expert advice.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A go-getter with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- No prior insurance experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and earn their trust.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**: English Reading and Writing Skills,

**Fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi**

Computer Knowledge - Word, Excel, Power Point, E - Mailing Skills, Social Media Marketing, Investment Markets and Products Knowledge, Tax Knowledge etc.

**Special Trait & Qualities**: Good Communications Skills, Self-Discipline, Punctuality, Growing Mind-set, Open for Feedback, Team Player.
