Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum for primary-grade students.

2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning, engagement, and respect among students.

3. Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including storytelling, hands-on activities, and multimedia resources, to cater to diverse learning styles.

4. Facilitate the development of basic literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.

5. Foster social and emotional growth by promoting positive behavior, empathy, and collaboration in the classroom.

6. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic performance, attendance, and other relevant information.

8. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.

9. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with CBSE guidelines.

10. Promote a safe and hygienic classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of students at all times.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field.

2. A valid teaching certification recognized by the CBSE Board.

3. Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.

4. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.

Job Location: S R Public School ( **(under the ownership of Rathi Group)**

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
