Wanted ECA Coordinators for CBSE School

Job Summary:
The ECA Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a variety of extracurricular activities and programs designed to enhance students' social, emotional, and physical development. The coordinator will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to promote participation and ensure the successful implementation of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive extracurricular activities program that aligns with the school's vision and mission.
- Coordinate and supervise a range of activities including sports, arts, music, drama, clubs, and other interest-based groups.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate extracurricular activities with the academic curriculum.
- Organize events, competitions, and performances to showcase students’ talents and achievements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities and make necessary adjustments to improve quality and student engagement.
- Manage the budget allocated for extracurricular activities and ensure appropriate use of resources.
- Maintain records of student participation and achievements in various activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages all students to participate.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding upcoming activities and events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, Music, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating extracurricular activities, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to student engagement.
- Knowledge of CBSE guidelines and requirements for extracurricular activities is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
