Chemistry Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Deliver engaging lectures and conduct interactive sessions on Chemistry concepts relevant to the IIT-JEE syllabus.
- Develop and enhance course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with IIT-JEE standards.
- Design and implement innovative teaching methods to improve student understanding and retention of complex topics.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic needs and concerns.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide additional help through individual or group tutoring as needed.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback on their performance.
- **Examination Preparation**:

- Prepare students for various competitive examinations, including IIT-JEE, through practice tests, mock exams, and problem-solving sessions.
- Analyze and review past examination papers to identify key topics and trends, helping students to strategize their study approach.
- **Research and Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Physics and advancements in teaching methodologies.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and academic research.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to curriculum reviews, and collaborate on educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- Master’s in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized institution. (Not necessary)
- Strong academic record, preferably with a background in competitive exam preparation.
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience in IIT-JEE coaching or at a higher secondary level is preferred.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve success in competitive examinations.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
