**Job Function**

**Work Schedule**:
Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second Saturday Holiday.

**Pay**

Pay Starts at Rs. 15,000 per month, along with additional variable pay and performance bonuses based on achievements and targets met.

**Work Location**

Nungambakkam Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

**Qualifications**:

- Post Doc/PhD/Master's degree in Food Technology or equivalent expertise.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Content Writing and Project Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate impeccable grammar and excellent writing skills.
- Utilize good analytical skills for editing tables and figures.
- Conduct academic research and writing, including journals, theses, dissertations, and assignments for Master's and Ph.D. scholars.
- Research industry-related topics using a combination of online sources.
- Deliver plagiarism-free assignments and adhere to job-specific instructions.
- Ensure punctuality and the ability to work within deadlines.

**Content Writing Responsibilities**:

- Create content with impeccable grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and word choice.
- Ensure correctness of content, proper terminology usage, flow, transition, and coherence.
- Use appropriate tense, section headings, citation style, and layout.

**Social Media Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar with targeted topics outlined for different dates.
- Plan where and how content will be shared across various platforms.
- Research, write, produce, and outsource various content types (written, image-based, video, etc.).
- Compile and upload content, tracking its performance across different Social Media networks and the wider web.
- Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, turning powerful social users into brand advocates.
- Monitor brand and product-related conversations, measure sentiment, address questions, and identify important/relevant discussions.
- Track and measure the performance of brand channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter.
