**Job Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Fresher, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation and Management**:

- Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.

2. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis.
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines.
- Track and report on SEO performance metrics.

3. **Social Media Marketing**:

- Support the development and execution of social media strategies.
- Help manage social media accounts, including posting updates and monitoring engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and create reports.

5. **Digital Advertising**:

- Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital ad campaigns.
- Assist in budget management for advertising initiatives.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic and user behavior.
- Create regular reports on digital marketing performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

7. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Internship experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
