**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to understand their vision for the video.
- Import, organize, and label footage, audio, and other assets.
- Select and trim shots to create a cohesive and engaging story.
- Edit audio, including sound effects, music, and dialogue.
- Add visual effects, color correction, titles, and captions to enhance the videos impact.
- Ensure all videos meet technical specifications for broadcast, web, or other distribution
- channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new video editing techniques.
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the video editing process.

Desired qualifications:

- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
- Media Composer.
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of video codecs, compression techniques, and output formats.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with
- stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in film, media, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
