Your Role: Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand & Create: Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their vision and translate it into practical, beautiful designs.
- Design Harmony: Visualise and craft residential spaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Blueprint Expert: Transform client ideas into feasible blueprints, ensuring practicality and execution efficiency.
- Space Maestro: Skillfully optimise floor plans for space utilisation, considering both interiors and structural nuances.
- Elevation Artistry: Tailor building elevations to meet customer expectations within budget constraints.
- Regulatory Guru: Demonstrate mastery in municipal codes and regulations, ensuring project compliance.
- Engage & Convert: Create compelling client presentations to facilitate project conversion. - Green Advocate: Specialise in integrating energy-efficient and sustainable architectural practices.

**Requirements**:

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD and design software, 3D modelling skills (Revit, 3D Max, etc.).
- Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Tamil.
- Design Tools: Familiarity with Sketchup and Photoshop is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
