**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, local networks, employee referrals, and community outreach.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment on job requirements and hiring timelines.
- **Database Management**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with manpower agencies and staffing vendors to meet bulk-hiring needs.
- **Screening & Assessment**:

- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure that all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality talent.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in hiring blue-collar roles, particularly machine operators, welders, assemblers, and technicians.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and local labor markets.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring under tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sector recruitment is preferred.

**Preferred Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
