**Job Title**: Junior Accounts Executive (Fresher)

**Location**: Panchkula

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
- Help in reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to financial controls and procedures.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Handle any other accounting-related tasks as assigned by senior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Anyone who's pursuing Bachelor's can apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Internship experience in an accounting role is advantageous but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
