**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Intern/Content Creation Intern** to join our marketing team at _The Zappy Box_. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the e-commerce gifting industry, where you will create captivating content, grow our online presence, and help us deliver memorable brand experiences to our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Work on innovative campaigns, reels, stories, and posts that resonate with our audience.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly.
- **Photography & Videography**:

- Assist in styling and shooting aesthetically pleasing visuals of our gift hampers and products.
- Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- **Trend Research**:

- Stay updated on industry and social media trends to brainstorm fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- Explore new tools and platforms to improve social media strategy.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track social media performance and provide weekly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify insights to optimize future content and strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align content with branding and campaign goals.
- Contribute ideas to upcoming marketing and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for social media and digital content creation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator is a plus).
- Excellent writing and communication skills to craft compelling captions and copy.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
