We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Graphic Designer to lead our design team. As the Head Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all design projects, managing a team of graphic designers, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual assets. You will play a crucial role in elevating our brand image and delivering compelling design solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual branding across all channels.
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of materials, including marketing collaterals, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and more.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and creativity within the team.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to designers, encouraging continuous improvement and creativity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers, when required, to support design needs.
- Ensure compliance with copyright and usage rights for all visual assets used in projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and print houses to ensure the production of high-quality printed materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a track record of successful design projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering visually impactful designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Lead or Head Graphic Designer in a similar industry.
- Experience in creating designs for digital platforms and user interfaces.
- Knowledge of video editing and animation tools.
- Understanding of web development and responsive design concepts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
