**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in performing routine laboratory tests and procedures.
- Handle and maintain laboratory equipment and tools.
- Record and analyze data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the lab.
- Support senior technicians and lab supervisors in day-to-day activities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
