**Freelance Real Estate Sales Consultant**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**:
- Identify and engage with potential buyers and sellers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- **Property Sales & Marketing**:
- Market and promote properties through online and offline channels.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Provide insights and advice to clients regarding market conditions.
- **Documentation Support**:
- Guide clients through the property transaction process, including agreements and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management.
- Own vehicle and a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
