**The Role**
We are seeking a **Junior NPD Technologist** to join our dynamic New Product Development (NPD) team. Reporting to the Head of NPD, you will support the complete product development lifecycle — from concept creation to factory handover and post-launch evaluation. In this role, you will:

- Assist in **concept development, formulation, and product trials**.
- Manage detailed **product documentation** and ensure alignment between kitchen samples and full-scale production.
- Benchmark **competitor products** and compile **sensory evaluation notes** from internal tastings.
- Support **factory trials** and ensure process consistency.
- Coordinate with **laboratories** for nutritional, analytical, and sensory testing.
- Calculate **nutritional data** using Excel tools and update internal databases.
- Prepare and maintain documentation across all development stages.
- Liaise with **suppliers** for technical and commercial information.
- Compile **product briefs**, manage internal approvals, and assist during vendor presentations or internal tastings.
- Support **sample creation, ingredient sourcing, and pre-production activities**.

This role requires occasional **in-city travel** to our manufacturing and partner facilities for trials.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Food Science, Nutrition, or a related discipline**.
- Some experience (internship or full-time) in **food manufacturing or product development**.
- Strong **communication skills** (written and verbal) to interact with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- A **curious learner** with initiative, feedback orientation, and a growth mindset.
- Highly **organized and detail-oriented** with proficiency in **MS Office and Google Suite**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable problem-solver.
- A **collaborative team player** who can also work independently.

**Work Location**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
